Please note all orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery UK:
We offer the following options for shipping within the UK.
- Orders over £90 - Free. Please allow 3-5 working days
- Orders under £90 - £4.95. Please allow 3-5 working days
- Express orders - £9.99. Please order before 11am and allow 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 11am on a Friday, at the Weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day to arrive the following working day.
Delivery EU:
Please allow 5-10 working days.

Europe Group 1 is £19.99: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, IOM, Italy, Jersey, Netherlands and Spain
Europe Group 2 is £45: Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Norway, Sweden & Switzerland

Shipping is £75

** Brexit & Covid update **
We are finding shipments to the EU and rest of the world is still taking longer than anticipated to arrive. We are asking customers to allow up to 21 days for your shipment to get to you.
Pre-Order Policy:
When a pre-order is placed, we will hold the whole order until all items are in stock and dispatch them together. For UK and European customers, if you would like the in-stock items dispatched sooner, please contact info@finnson.co.uk who will be happy to arrange this. Orders going to else where in the world we would recommend placing separate orders if you require any of your order earlier than when the pre-order is available.
Returns:
We hope you love every item you ordered, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to send it back to us after receiving your order. Please contact info@finnson.co.uk to request a return and provide a reason for the returned item(s). Goods must be returned in a new, unused condition with tags securely attached (unless faulty).
Provided your items meet these conditions, we send your refund or credit to the same payment method used when placing the order excluding postage costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to show.
EU + Rest of World returns: Please note that in the event an order is returned to us because shipping and custom fees have not been paid we will deduct this amount from the refund.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we regretfully cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Finnson does not assume responsibility for any return packages that are lost or stolen.
Being a small brand and working hard to keep our retail prices as low as possible, we are afraid that we cannot absorb the additional cost of returns shipping without adding to the purchase price which we didn’t want to do

Faulty Goods
If you believe a product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@finnson.co.uk with a description and photo of the product concerned. If purchased within 30 days, we will offer a full refund or exchange, subject to confirmation of a fault. For items purchased over 30 days prior, we offer a free exchange for goods proven to be faulty.
