Delivery & Returns
Order Processing:
All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
UK Delivery (Including Northern Ireland):
We offer the following tracked Royal Mail services:
- Orders over £90: Free UK Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)
- UK Standard – Tracked 48: £4.95 (2–3 working days)
- UK Express – Tracked 24: £9.99 (1–2 working days)
Orders placed after 11am on Fridays, at the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.
EU Delivery:
EU Delivery: Shipping costs for EU destinations are calculated at checkout. Both standard and express options are available.
EU Duties & Taxes:
- Orders under €150: Delivered with taxes and duties prepaid - no additional charges on delivery.
- Orders over €150: May incur import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for these charges only on orders over €150.
International Delivery (ROW):
Rest of World including: The Channel Islands, The Isle Of Man and all non-EU global destinations shipping charges are calculated at checkout, with standard and express options available.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties (incl. VAT), and clearing charges applicable to their destination country.
International Shipping Times:
- Standard International Shipping: typically 5–10 working days.
- Express International Shipping: typically 2–5 working days.
Shipping times may vary by destination and do not include customs processing delays. They may also be affected by peak periods or unforeseen handling issues

Christmas Deadlines:
Last Shipment Dates for Guaranteed Pre-Christmas Delivery:
UK Standard order by 1pm on the 19th December
UK Express order by 11am on the 22nd December
Europe order by 1pm on the 15th December
Pre-Order Policy:
When a pre-order is placed, we will hold the whole order until all items are in stock and dispatch them together. For UK customers, if you would like the in-stock items dispatched sooner, please contact info@finnson.co.uk who will be happy to arrange this. Orders going to else where in the world we would recommend placing separate orders if you require any of your order earlier than when the pre-order is available.
Returns + Exchanges:
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from receipt to return your item. To start a return, email info@finnson.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached, unless faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, and it meets our returns policy, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.
For returns from the EU or outside the UK, please ensure all customs duties and import fees are paid in advance. If we receive a return where these charges have not been covered, the unpaid fees will be deducted from your refund. If the item is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued for the original delivery cost.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days, and we’re not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. As a small brand committed to keeping prices fair, we’re unable to offer free returns without raising product costs - something we work hard to avoid.
To request an exchange, email info@finnson.co.uk with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the item you’d like instead. If there’s a price difference, we’ll confirm and arrange payment before dispatching your replacement.
Items for exchange must also be returned within 30 days, in original, unused condition, and include a note with your name and order number. Once received and approved, we’ll send your replacement.
Returns and exchanges are at your own cost and risk, so we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. Items not in resaleable condition may incur a fee or be returned without refund.
Please note: Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Christmas Returns Policy:
We want you to shop with confidence this festive season. We've extended our returns window to give you plenty of time:
Orders placed 13th November – 24th December 2025: Return by 31st January 2026
Orders placed 24th December 2025 onwards: Standard 30-day return period applies.
Faulty Goods
All our products are vigorously tested and we hope you love your products as much as we do. All products are covered under a one year warranty from the date of purchase which covers any manufacturing faults but doesn't apply to unreasonable damage or normal wear and tear. Any item deemed to be faulty will be assessed and repaired by our in-house team and all costs covered by Finnsøn, as long as proof of purchase is provided. If we are unable to repair your item we will offer a replacement.
